These Terms of Service govern use of the New Tab Web Solutions website, public tools, account system, and related services. By using the website, creating an account, submitting information, requesting a quote, placing an order, or using a service, you agree to these Terms and any applicable quote, order, agreement, or service-specific terms.
New Tab Web Solutions provides website planning, Website Build Packages, website redesign and review services, Website Care, Website Enhancements, consultations, support, and related digital services. The public website explains general options. The applicable quote, proposal, order, agreement, or service terms control the specific scope, price, deliverables, timing, payment requirements, and commitments for a project.
Website Care is required with every website New Tab Web Solutions builds or redesigns. Website Care begins with an initial one-year commitment and continues month-to-month afterward under the applicable notice terms. Care Plan Only is a separate path for an eligible existing website and is subject to onboarding review and the applicable agreement.
Public pricing, package names, included pages, included Website Features, Website Care plans, promotions, and other changing values may be updated through the website. A quote is an estimate or saved planning record, not an order or guarantee that a project has been accepted.
Saving or retrieving a quote does not create an order. An order requires the applicable account, acceptance, agreement, payment, and other requirements shown by the website. A saved quote remains available only according to the current quote-retention rules shown by the applicable quote system or quote artifact.
Some features require an account, including ordering, client-dashboard access, saved records, support tracking, and project management. You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account except where caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards.
Never submit passwords, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, authentication codes, API keys, private keys, or other credentials through public forms or Tab.
Payment, subscription, email, scheduling, hosting, storage, analytics, and other operational services may involve third-party providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply. Payment details are handled through the applicable payment process and should not be submitted to Tab or ordinary website messages.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content, images, branding, documents, domains, and other materials you provide. You must not upload or submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful material.
Ownership, licensing, hosting, access to website files, domain responsibilities, transfer terms, and post-launch services are governed by the applicable project or service agreement. Website Care covers routine upkeep and applicable plan services. Substantial post-launch additions or changes may be treated as Website Enhancements and may require separate scoping and pricing.
You may not misuse the website, bypass security or access controls, probe or disrupt systems, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, access records that do not belong to you, interfere with another customer’s project, or use automated activity in a way that harms the website or its services.
Tab is a conversational website guide. Tab may explain public information, guide approved workflows, and help launch trusted website actions. Tab is not a substitute for an agreement, legal advice, financial advice, account support, or a final project decision. Do not rely on a conversational response as a binding quote, approval, eligibility determination, or guarantee.
Tab cannot provide private customer records directly in public chat. Use the normal sign-in, retrieval, dashboard, or support process for protected information.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue website features, public content, pricing displays, account tools, or service paths. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may also update these Terms. The effective date above identifies the current version posted on this page.
The website and public tools are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the website, public information, third-party services, or conversational responses will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Tab Web Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. Specific project liability, payment, warranty, and remedy terms may be stated in the applicable agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@newtabwebsites.com or (808) 515-0123.

This Privacy Policy explains how New Tab Web Solutions collects, uses, stores, and shares information through its website, public forms, account system, quote and order tools, Website Care services, support systems, affiliate program, consultations, and Tab website assistant.
Depending on what you use, we may collect:
When you use Tab, the website may process your message, the current page path, limited page-awareness information, and the conversation context needed to provide a response. During an approved workflow, the website may also process the validated workflow state needed to render the next step.
Tab V2 uses OpenAI as its configured AI service provider. Tab requests are sent server-side. Writing assistance is limited to the approved text and context needed for the selected writing task; personal contact fields, unrelated conversation history, account records, and hidden application state are not sent for ordinary writing assistance.
Do not submit passwords, payment information, Social Security numbers, authentication codes, API keys, private keys, or other sensitive credentials to Tab. The website uses client-side and server-side safety checks to block certain high-risk content before it is sent to the AI provider.
For security, reliability, and limited analytics, the website may process IP-derived hashes, browser and device information, request paths, referrer information, session identifiers, approximate usage timing, and safe event metadata. Analytics metadata is designed to exclude complete messages, replies, form bodies, drafts, payment details, and sensitive values.
Essential cookies and browser storage support sessions, security, consent choices, referral attribution, and website functionality. Optional analytics storage is used only after you choose to allow analytics. Use Privacy Settings in the site footer to review or change your analytics choice.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and deliver requested services, including payment processors, email and hosting providers, scheduling and calendar services, storage providers, analytics infrastructure, affiliate administration providers, and the configured AI provider for Tab. Providers receive information reasonably necessary for their function and may process it under their own terms.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud or misuse, enforce agreements, complete a business transfer, or respond to a lawful request.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including account administration, quotes, orders, projects, Website Care, support, payments, referrals, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and legitimate business records. Saved quotes follow the current live quote-retention setting rather than a permanent policy promise. Uploaded files and project records may remain while needed for the applicable project or service.
You may withdraw optional analytics consent through Privacy Settings, adjust browser storage controls, unsubscribe from marketing messages, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, billing, contractual, or operational reasons.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, server-side validation, protected storage where applicable, and security monitoring. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
The website and services are intended for adults and businesses. They are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
We may update this Policy as the website, services, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to contact@newtabwebsites.com.
